Avus in Ingolstadt

Star cuisine when picking up a new car. In order to make the day appropriate in terms of catering, we decided to go to this restaurant on the day the vehicle was handed over. Star cuisine is offered here and the highest quality and craftsmanship is available, great.

We picked up our new car and ate very well here afterwards! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It really was a worthy end to an all-round successful stay at the Audi Forum!

The chairs are extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the tables extremely appropriate. There you absolutely do not get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can in the evening. Here you get both: sympathetic and brisk waiter. I found the offer very appealing. Your humble self would have tasted me first because of hunger, but then would not have left the slightest space for the unique dish.

Very nice restaurant with unusual cuisine and excellent service. We enjoyed a multi-course menu, everything was beautifully presented and some very unusual but still made from seasonal ingredients. In terms of price already quite high, but according to the performance. Culinary expectations are met here with a lot of diligence.

A good meal and a new car what more could you want, would be greeted and served in a very friendly manner. A lot has changed here due to Corona, but the staff tries very hard to make the stay so that you come back whenever you want. The food was very good but the car our S-3 was even better. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Excellent breakfast buffet, everything you can imagine, nice service staff, great ambience, suitable for wheelchairs. It was a nice Sunday! Gladly again???

I'm always pleasantly surprised! Delicious! Interesting dishes, nicely arranged and above all with aroma. And reasonably priced. The service is good, not too over-the-top. We already had very personal and nice discussions with the conditions. Highly recommended the store.

Eat really supper. We had a polite and attentive waitress who was not pushy. Buffalo mozzarella with grapes, lotus and asparagus in the starter and in the main course pea risotto with colorful vegetables and egg. Always my pleasure.

It must be said here you can eat well, although it is not a traditional restaurant, but all employees give a lot of effort and are friendly to most. Top

The motto of the Avus is "fine dining" and this is what the restaurant does justice to. We were here for the so-called Dinner for two in March 2019 and were very satisfied. The ambience is noble, the service fast and friendly. The menu design in our eyes very successful and tasty each course was excellent. All this has its price, but the performance is definitely right here. A note at this point, my review refers to the avus (fine dining on the 1st floor) not the market restaurant (self service on the ground floor). A few of the other reviews suggest that not everyone knows the difference.

The Avus Restaurant is located directly at Audi on the Piazza in the building between the delivery hall and the Audi Museum on the first floor. The entrance is decorated with a concept car, the Avus, probably an early precursor to the first Audi R8. The restaurant has been in the premises for a few years and shines with the chic of its opening at the time. We were there as a couple at the meal, because we wanted to go to some fine dining. Our expectations were met and we have a very good hospitality and delicious food to eat. My friend had opted for a menu in which they each selected a marked starter, main course and dessert for a price of 44 €. My choice was a rib-eye steak with side dishes. The beef tartare as a starter was very good and we have not been able to enjoy such a well processed quality for a long time. My steak was to the point of the ordered Gargrades served and the proffered side dishes (potato gratin & grilled vegetables) was generously dimensioned. The main course of my girlfriend was a pork fillet with oversized ravioli of goat cheese and has very finely grained. For dessert we had a generous cheese variation, which appealed to all taste buds. The offered open wines was very good and not too expensive - as some other places poorer quality for more money served. All in all, we had a very nice evening in the Audi atmosphere with friendly, attentive but not intrusive service. In Avus you can celebrate a special occasion in my opinion and get good quality for his money. We will certainly visit there more often and possibly take one of the theme evenings, such as the lobster dinner. Occasionally I could feel a vibration of the ground - must come from the nearby production line.

We had reserved for our anniversary. Our table was decorated a little more festive and it is the very attentive service congratulated us to our day. We put together a three course meal that was delicious and lovingly prepared. The service gets from us 5 stars. The kitchen 4, because we expected the creativity of the big name Mövenpick. But that is also the only small criticism.

Well let me tell you straight away, I had higher hopes. This place isn't cosy, u always have the feeling like being in a business lunch with someone important,it's not cosy enough to have higher rating. What's even worse the meals (I've tried 4 different, because we were a group of 6) weren't executed exceptionally well, just fine, you'd think of more than for the price.
